Beautiful but caution long unnecessary walk The beach itself is beautiful. Service was pleasant . The walk is ridiculous. First everyone and mean the entire bus load were not happy with the walk to and from the drop off and pick up to the beach. They do have accommodation for those who cant walk that said there is zero reason a tram can not take people directly to the beach . In hot weather no one wants to climb 25 steps and walk a long path to the beach. Then down 25 syeps just to do it again There is a drivable path charge bit more and transport.

Great experience here would definitely return ! The experience was very nice. We did the VIP experience had a Cabana and our own private waiter. The drinks were good (strong) and the lunch was ok. The beach was clean and the water was stunning. I would book again. My only issue is since we were there for only a few hours (due to our needing to return to cruise ship) that I wish we could have spent more time there. I wasn’t sure if our VIP ticket included the water park but the private beach is a little ways from the park. Other than that it was great. We didn’t do the included activities but we did book a banana boat ride that was fun

So Close to Perfect After having tried 5 other beach clubs in Cozumel, we wanted to try Kuza. Disappointingly, it cost $35 for the taxi each way from Puerto Langosta. That’s a lot. Kuza is beautiful. So many palm trees that we had a nice shade even though we were not under an umbrella. It’s lush and jungle like. The tram to get to the beach area was a life saver. We wouldn’t have been able to walk that far. Tried only the frozen pina colada and a margarita. Both were better than I’ve had at any of the other beach clubs. Dos Equis was fairly cold. (It was a hot, hot day.) Will, our server, was never far away. He was pleasant and fun and very efficient. Now, the STAR… the water! It was crystal clear! Oh (bring water shoes though..some little sharp shell pieces about and a few rocks). I could have stayed in the ocean all day. Had a few gentle waves, but nothing dangerous. Just exceptional. Lastly, and sadly, the disappointing piece. The food was not good at all. I’ll have to say bad. The “big three” beach clubs all have decent food. Actually some of it is very good. Nothing here was good. Thank goodness we didn’t collapse from starvation after a few hours away from the ship’s endless plethora of food! 😆 But, seriously, Kuza, check out the food choices and how it’s prepared at Nachi and Paradise. You have to do better in this department. Will I return? YES! Maybe smuggle a sandwich off the ship with you if you’re sailing or bring a snack from somewhere else. Overall it was a beautiful experience though.

A fantastic beach day! We had a great time! I loved that there were different sections at this park. There was a water park near the entrance, as well as a large beach with tons of chairs and umbrellas. The beach itself had sections for adult only and families. We also added the Mexican Flavors to our day pass and Jazmin and Yolanda were such a delight! They made lunch very fun and engaging, I only wished I could’ve eaten everything offered!

10 out of 10 experience!! This was our first time at Kuza and it was incredible!! The VIP experience was worth every penny. Our server Fernando was top notch!! He anticipated all our needs and provided an amazing experience for our family. The zip lining was so fun, highly recommend! And all the staff were wonderful. We will be back!!

Loved it enough we all want to go back! Our family of 15 had an amazing experience at Kuza. We came on the MSC Seascape and took taxis to and from the cruise port. When we arrived, half our party ziplined while the rest of the group enjoyed food and drinks delivered by a dedicated waiter at the water park. When the first group was done, a second group went ziplining. We all were having such a good time at the water park that we decided not to go to the beach this trip. That will be a good reason to come back. We didn't know that they had taken pictures during the zipline experience, so that was an added surprise. We purchased the digital photo package, and they kindly took a few extra shots of our group in front of their sign. We all agreed we would return to Kuza. Loved every minute of it!

The Best Day-Pass Resort on the Island! Kuzá is a relatively new day resort in Cozumel. I have been to every other similar day pass resort on the island over the years and I can say without a doubt, the value for money is here! We had the "Kuzá Full Experience" which included the beach access with umbrella and sun chairs, Unlimited drinks (and not watered down!), full buffet lunch and snacks, the beautiful water park as well as the huge Lagoon pools with swim-up bar, and also the ZIP lines as well as water activities such as snorkeling and kayaks. All this for only $8 dollars more per person than Mr. Sanchos with MUCH MORE included! 100% recommended! We will be back for sure!

Perfect day to relax The water park side is absolutely awesome! The water slides are fun, fast, and a blast. If there is one downside, it would be the lack of tubes and mats. During busy times, you can end up waiting for one or the other. The lazy river is very relaxing, but you can run into the same issue with finding a tube. The nice thing is that you can walk through it or float without a tube, so you can still enjoy the lazy river even when tubes aren't available. The pool and bar area are hands-down the best part for the money. The pool is massive, clean, and easily accessible for all ages. There is plenty of room to spread out, and the overall pool area is a great place to spend the day. The beach side was not a favorite of ours. While it was nice, there are a lot of trees and dunes that take away from the traditional beach experience. The buffet area was very well done, and the food was amazing. The biggest downside is the distance from the resort area to the beach. It is about a 10-minute walk, or only about 2 minutes if you can catch one of the golf carts. When we were there in August 2026, they only had two golf carts running, which caused some issues and made transportation to and from the beach more difficult. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The water park, pool, and bar area were definitely the highlights for us. If you're looking for a fun place with great water slides, a huge pool, and good food, the water park side is hard to beat. The beach was nice, but the distance and limited golf cart availability were the biggest drawbacks for us.

Good place for the day w/family. The beach here is stunning! Great service and the buffet was good. We took our older children who quickly got bored with the water park so we went over to the beach. Small kids would probably really enjoy the water park. Use the tram to go back and forth otherwise the walk is about 10-15 minute from the beach to the water park and it's hot! The massages were great! Take sunscreen because you will need it. We would recommend this park. Fair value for the money.
