Information We Request and When
Here we describe the different situations in which your data may be requested:
- When you contact us via chat, we will ask for your name and email to provide personalized service.
- When you subscribe to receive promotions, we will ask for your first name, last name, email, and country of origin.
- When you quote to buy any of our products, services, or activities, we will ask for your email.
- When you make a purchase and have an account with us, we will ask for your email and password.
- When you make a purchase and don’t have an account with us, we will ask for your first name, last name, email, phone number, state, country of origin, and the hotel you are staying at, as well as your banking details and address to process the purchase. If you want to create an account, you will just need to add a password.
- When you request information for Groups and Conventions, we will ask for your first name, last name, phone number, email, and country of origin.
- When you inquire about your wedding, we will ask for your first name, last name, phone number, email, country of origin, state, and city.
- When you have any questions or suggestions through our “Contact Us” section, we will ask for your name, phone number, and email.
- When you sign a waiver for any of the experiences we offer in our park.
- When you share your opinion about your experience, we will ask for your name and email.
- When you request billing for your visits, we will ask for your RFC, fiscal address, and email.

- We never ask for sensitive personal data on any of our sites.

When you register in the program, we will use your data to offer you benefits associated with your account and incentives for being a registered customer.
In addition to the above purposes, there are other purposes:

- To conduct internal studies on demographic and statistical data.
- To learn about the interests of our users.
