Tuvimos un gran tiempo en nuestra excursión aquí! Dado que solo han estado abiertos durante 2 semanas, nos quedamos muy impresionados. La excursión que hicimos fue el pase de playa todo incluido para 4 . 5 horas, pero se tarda aproximadamente 1 hora para viajar en autobús y tranvía una vez que esté allí. Ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo. El personal era muy agradable, especialmente alfredo y eduardo, nuestros guías turísticos. Todavía están expandiéndose y agregando cosas divertidas al parque con el tiempo, no puedo esperar a volver y ver las nuevas incorporaciones.

 Verified MAGNIFICA EXPERIENCIA (Sólo un pero)
Acudí hace unos días al parque Kuza aprovechando la visita a unos familiares en la isla y me pareció el mejor spot de playa de Cozumel. Contraté el pase diario sin actividades porque quería tener un primer contacto con el entorno y la experiencia valió mucho la pena. Lo que sí eché de menos fue la actividad de submarinismo con tanque; el snorkel está padre hasta cierto punto pero el lugar bien merece una inmersión de verdad. Espero que se animen.

What rates and commissions can I expect?

Partners receive confidential net rates agreed directly with your account manager. Commissions and margin structures are tailored to your business model — not a one-size template. Details are shared after account activation.

Can I book individual guests, or only groups?

Both. Travel agents and concierges can book individual guests with no minimum. Group bookings start at 10 guests and include dedicated coordination, allotments and custom rate options for larger volumes.

What happens if a guest needs to cancel or modify a booking?

Your account manager handles modifications directly via WhatsApp or email, no ticket queues, no automated responses. Cancellation policies and conditions are shared in your partner welcome kit.

Is KUZÁ suitable for cruise itineraries?

Yes. KUZÁ coordinates up to 6 cruise-ship arrivals per day and offers dedicated cruise-day logistics including group pickups, timed entries and guaranteed return windows to the pier. It’s one of our core partner use cases.
