Purpose of the Policy
Establish clear rules and guidelines regarding the cancellation of tickets or passes purchased through our website.
Our cancellation policies are as follows:
- Reservations cancelled more than 4 business days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; cancellations made 3 to 0 business days before the original arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable. Any change to the visit date may be subject to rate adjustments.
- In the event of extreme weather conditions such as storms, hurricanes, strong winds, or port closures that pose a risk to the safety of our visitors, the park may temporarily close or suspend activities. If conditions worsen during your visit, we will take the necessary measures to ensure your safety; however, no refunds will be issued for suspended activities. Visitors are responsible for staying informed about weather conditions and park operations prior to their visit.
- Any changes to the visit date may be subject to changes in the fee.
- Optional Activities are non-refundable.
- To cancel a reservation, you must send an email to servicioalcliente@kuzapark.com with a brief explanation of the reason for the cancellation. Our Customer Service team will respond within no more than 48 hours. Please remember that cancellations are governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Cancellation Policy.
- Current refund policies: Cancellations will be refunded based on the method of payment used. Once a reservation is made, no changes to tickets, activities, and/or tours will be allowed.
RESCHEDULING
- It is possible to reschedule the activity as long as the change request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled date. Such changes will be subject to availability.
Modification and Acceptance of the Policy
By purchasing a product or service from Kuzá Park, all visitors accept the terms of this policy. Kuzá Park reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately and available at Customer Service.
This policy constitutes a binding agreement for all visitors to Kuzá Park. GLOBAL CRUISES MX, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. assumes no additional responsibility beyond what is stated in this document and reserves the right to take legal action for damages or harm to its facilities and assets.
