Plus, we offer a variety of passes so you can make the most of your day on the island.

Transportation depends on how you book. Some cruise-line excursions include transport, while direct KUZÁ products and third-party listings may not. The safest answer is to check the inclusions shown on your booking channel before you reserve.

If you’re arriving by cruise ship, our schedules and round-trip transportation are designed around your time in port, with a guaranteed on-time return to your ship. Just choose your pass and enjoy a worry-free day!

KUZÁ is close enough to work well for many cruise itineraries, but the right answer depends on your ship’s all-aboard time, your booking channel, and whether you are traveling independently or with ship transportation. Guests booking on their own should leave a comfortable return buffer and avoid cutting the timing too close.

Each ticket is designed for a different type of experience:

• Escape: Focused on relaxation, beach access, nature, food and drinks.
• Full Experience: Includes everything in the park: beach, waterpark, and ziplines.
• Adventure + El Cielo: The most complete package, including full park access plus a snorkeling tour to El Cielo.

No. The waterpark is included in Full Experience and Adventure + El Cielo, but not in the Escape and Day Pass packages.

No. The zipline circuit is included in Full Experience and Adventure + El Cielo only.

Yes. KUZÁ features exclusive adults-only areas at the beach and waterpark for those seeking a more relaxed and upscale experience.

Yes! We have plenty of space available at both the beach and waterpark areas, including access to chairs, umbrellas, and shaded spots. Everything operates on a first-come, first-served basis, but there’s ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy. For an upgraded experience, a VIP Area is also available for an additional cost.

Yes! Restrooms and shower facilities are available in both the beach and waterpark areas, so you can stay comfortable and refreshed throughout your visit.

Yes! Lockers are available for your convenience for an additional cost, and towels can also be rented on-site, so you can enjoy your day at the beach and waterpark worry-free.

Bring a swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, comfortable sandals or water shoes, a change of clothes, and a payment method for extras. If you are coming from a cruise ship, it also helps to bring your ship card, photo ID if needed, and whatever you need for the return to port.

To help protect the environment, we recommend using biodegradable, reef-safe sunscreen.

These formulas are free from harmful chemicals that can damage marine life and help preserve the natural beauty of the area.

Reservations canceled more than 4 days before the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; cancellations made between 2 and 0 days before the original arrival date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
