Visitor Conduct Policy for KUZÁ Beach & Adventure Park

At KUZÁ Beach & Adventure Park, we are committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for all our visitors. To ensure a positive experience, we kindly ask all visitors to adhere to the following Conduct Policy:

General Conduct

1. Respect for others: Treat all visitors, staff, and park facilities with courtesy and respect. Offensive language, inappropriate gestures, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Follow instructions: Comply with all signage, park rules, and instructions from KUZÁ staff or guides.
3. Queue etiquette: Wait your turn and avoid cutting in line for attractions, activities, or services.

Safety Rules

1. Safety measures: Use the safety equipment provided for activities, such as helmets, life jackets, and harnesses. Visitors who do not comply with these measures will not be allowed to participate.
2. Participation in activities: Only participate in activities that are appropriate for your age, physical condition, and level of experience. Please refer to our policy for pregnant visitors. It is strictly prohibited to participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may affect judgment, coordination, or physical ability.
3. Prohibited actions: Running, pushing, or reckless behavior that endangers your safety or that of others is prohibited.
4. Emergency situations: Follow staff instructions and calmly proceed to the designated safety areas.

Minor Supervision Policy

1. Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult within the KUZÁ PARK facilities. The adult must remain no more than 3 meters (or the distance established by park management) from the child in their care to ensure immediate supervision and safety.
2. KUZÁ PARK is not responsible for the safety, actions, or incidents involving unsupervised minors.

Environmental Responsibility

1. Trash disposal: Use the designated trash and recycling bins. Littering is prohibited.
2. Wildlife: Do not feed, touch, or disturb animals within the park.
3. Eco-friendly practices: Only eco-friendly or biodegradable sunscreen specifically formulated to minimize its impact on marine ecosystems is permitted. The use of sunscreens containing oxybenzone, octinoxate, or other chemicals harmful to marine life, coral reefs, or the park’s water sources is strictly prohibited.
4. Reef protection: It is prohibited to touch the reef or approach it at a distance of less than 1.5 meters, in order to preserve its integrity and biodiversity.
5. Extraction of natural elements: It is prohibited to collect, remove, or handle shells, starfish, marine fauna, or other natural elements from the environment.
6. Zoning and environmental signage: All visitors must respect the areas marked by signage and not enter restricted areas.
7. Environmental emergencies: If you observe injured wildlife, pollution, trash in the sea, or any situation that poses an environmental risk, please notify park staff.

Prohibited Items and Activities

1. Weapons and hazardous materials: Weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials are not permitted on the premises.
2. Illegal substances: The use, possession, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or medications, as well as unauthorized devices, is prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption that affects judgment, behavior, or safety is also not permitted.
3. Smoking: Smoking or the use of vaping devices is prohibited in all areas of the park. Smoking is only permitted in areas expressly designated for that purpose. The use of tobacco products is restricted exclusively to those areas and must be done in accordance with the instructions and directions of the staff.
4. Outside food and beverages: Food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted, except for medical reasons.
5. Motorized and high-impact activities: The use of jet skis, inflatable towables (such as bananas), water skiing, parachutes, or other high-speed or high-impact vehicles that contravene the regulations of the competent authority is strictly prohibited.

Dress Code

1. Appropriate clothing: Appropriate clothing must be worn for each activity. Footwear must be worn unless otherwise indicated.
2. Swimwear: Swimsuits must be worn for water activities. Offensive or excessively revealing clothing is not permitted.

Photography and Recording

1. Personal photography: Personal photos or videos are permitted, provided they do not interfere with the experience of other visitors.
2. Commercial use: All photography or recording for commercial purposes must be approved in advance by park management.

Responsibility

1. Property damage: Visitors will be responsible for any damage caused to the facilities and must cover the costs of repair or replacement.
2. Expulsion from the park: Any visitor who does not comply with this policy or engages in dangerous or inappropriate behavior may be expelled without refund.
3. Reports: Notify park staff immediately if you witness any unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

By entering KUZÁ Beach & Adventure Park, you agree to comply with this Visitor Conduct Policy. These rules are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our visitors.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in expulsion from the park without refund.
