KUZÁ combines 3,200 ft of white-sand beach, Cozumel’s largest water park, ziplines over the jungle, kayak and paddleboard, snorkeling at El Cielo, an off-road buggy ride, family areas with a kid’s splash zone and authentic Mexican food. What you can do depends on your pass: compare the passes before you book.

Day Pass: beach access, loungers and umbrellas and the KUZÁ Natural Expedition. Escape: beach access, kayak and paddleboard, nature, food and drinks. Full Experience: everything in the park, beach, water park and ziplines. Adventure + El Cielo: full park access plus the snorkeling tour to El Cielo. Are the water park and ziplines included in every ticket?

No. The water park and the zipline circuit are included in Full Experience and Adventure + El Cielo, but not in the Escape and Day Pass packages.

Are kayak and paddleboard included?

Yes, in Escape, Full Experience and Adventure + El Cielo (30 minutes of snorkel, kayak or paddleboard), so you can enjoy the Caribbean at your own pace. They are not included in the Day Pass.

Can I go snorkeling at El Cielo?

Yes. The snorkeling tour to El Cielo, famous for its starfish and turquoise shallows, is included in the Adventure + El Cielo package. With other passes you can add this experience when you arrive at the park.
