Before Your Visit
Specific guidelines for El Cielo Tour: Minimum age to board the vessel: 6 years. The minimum age for snorkeling is 8, and the maximum is 75.
Upon entering the zipline and water park area, guests agree to follow the established rules and staff instructions.
Water slides: min. height 4 ft (120 cm), max. weight 220 lbs (100 kg); max. age 75 years. Slides must be used one rider at a time, feet first and face-up, with no flotation devices, cameras, or loose articles. Riders must wait for the operator’s signal before sliding and exit the landing area immediately upon landing.
Personal flotation devices are permitted only in designated areas and must be U.S. Coast Guard-approved. Inflatable toys, water wings, and pool noodles are not allowed in pools or on slides.
Zipline: min. age 8, max. 75, min. weight 99 lbs (45 kg), max. 242 lbs (110 kg), max. waist 47” (121 cm); max. leg circumference 29.5” (74 cm); closed-toe shoes required; stair climbing involved; certified harness and helmet fitted by staff.
For safety reasons, pregnant women and guests who have undergone surgery within the last 6 months or have medical conditions such as heart or respiratory problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, claustrophobia, epilepsy, or pacemakers can’t participate in high-intensity activities, including ziplines and waterslides.
For guests’ safety and well-being, all food restrictions and allergies must be reported in advance.
Guests must be able to walk short distances.
Bring a towel. Water shoes and reef-safe sunscreen are recommended.
Activities are weather-dependent and may be modified or canceled due to sea or wind conditions; beach water clarity and seaweed presence may vary seasonally.
Included drinks: water, 12 cocktail options, draft beer and soft drinks. Premium beverages, bottled drinks, and selections from the à la carte menu are available for purchase at an additional cost.
Specific guidelines for non-motorized water activities (kayak, paddleboard, snorkel): Guests must be able to swim. Minimum age is 8 years and maximum age is 75 years. The activity lasts 30 minutes, with the option to extend your time for an additional fee.
Adults 12+; children ages 5–11; infants ages 0–4: one infant per paying adult.
Alcohol service is restricted to those 18 and older.
Minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Unsafe behavior, intoxication, or medical conditions that pose a risk may restrict participation.
A liability waiver must be signed upon entry.
Smoking is not allowed in the park.
Due to safety policies, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited before participating in any activity.
