Before Your Visit
For guests’ safety and well-being, all food restrictions and allergies must be reported in advance.

Bring a towel. Water shoes and reef-safe sunscreen are recommended.
Activities are weather-dependent and may be modified or canceled due to sea or wind conditions; beach water clarity and seaweed presence may vary seasonally.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited before participating in zipline, water park, buggy or non-motorized water activities.
Specific guidelines for non-motorized water activities (kayak, paddleboard, snorkel): Guests must be able to swim. Minimum age is 8 years and maximum age is 75 years. The activity lasts 30 minutes, with the option to extend your time for an additional fee.
Adults 12 and older; children ages 5–11; infants ages 0–4: one infant per paying adult.
Alcohol may only be served to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Unsafe behavior, disruptive conduct, or medical conditions that pose a risk may restrict participation.
